Brief

The previous onboarding process required applicants to download, complete, and email a PDF - an outdated, inefficient workflow that created friction and weakened Evident's digital presence. I was tasked with designing the online onboarding journey to replace this process.

A key part of the work was ensuring the design accounted for every possible application state, supporting a smooth and intuitive experience for users at each stage.

Approach

Starting from scratch, I designed a whole new component library with a dark mode theme, which reflected and complimented the Evident brand as a whole.

Outcome

The redesigned onboarding journey delivers a vastly improved customer experience, eliminates manual inefficiencies, and positions Evident as a modern, user-centric organisation.
